Jayne Robertson

Jayne has been teaching the holistic value of movement in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for 32 years.  Whether to gymnasts, physical education & recreation students, personal training clients, fitness enthusiasts or yoga students, she has been able to draw upon her vast knowledge of human anatomy, metaphysics and healthy living.

Her career began as a high-level gymnastics coach, evolved through personal training and further into yoga teaching and yoga therapy. In 2013 Jayne took on the role of Mind-Body Program Manager for the Eisenhower Wellness Institute and began offering a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Desert Yoga Therapy.  What has contributed to Jayne's unique teaching style is that she has had the opportunity of studying with both gymnastics and yoga masters including Ju Ping Tian (Australian National Women's Gymnastics Coach), Judith Hanson Lasater and Nischala Joy Devi. This foundation of precision, in-depth biomechanics and functional anatomy has set the platform on which she built her yogic education.
